What this page covers
These terms cover this website. They do not cover the work. Work is covered by the scope of work we both sign before anything starts.
Reading the site does not make you a client
Nothing here is an offer, a quote or advice for your situation. Sending the form does not commit you to anything and does not commit us either. A client relationship starts when we have both signed a scope, and not before.
The signed scope wins
If anything on this website disagrees with the scope of work you have signed, the signed scope is the one that counts. That includes anything about what gets built, what it costs, when it is due, and what happens if either side stops.
About the numbers on this site
The figures on these pages come from work already delivered, and they describe what happened for those clients. They are there to show the kind of result the work produces. They are not a forecast and not a promise that the same thing will happen for you.
The calculator is an estimate built from four numbers you type in yourself. It applies your own win rate to the enquiries you say you miss. It is a way of putting a rough size on a problem. It is not a quote, not an audit, and not a prediction of your revenue. Your real number comes out of a conversation where we look at what you are actually running.
The same goes for anything a system we build writes or decides. Software that drafts a reply or scores an enquiry can be wrong. Where the cost of being wrong is real, a person should be checking it, and we will say so when we design it.
What belongs to whom
The words, design, code and images on this site belong to Persuadra. You are welcome to read them, quote a line with credit, and send the link to anyone. You may not copy the site or pass its content off as your own.
What we build for a client is a separate matter and belongs to that client, as set out in their agreement.
Links to other places
Some pages link elsewhere. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they do.
The site as it is
We keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never be down, never contain a mistake, and never be out of date. Use it as information, not as the basis of a decision you cannot undo. To the extent the law allows, Persuadra is not liable for a loss that follows from relying on this website alone.
This paragraph is about the website. Liability for the work itself sits in the signed scope, where it belongs.
Where disputes go
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, email us first. Almost everything is solvable that way.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
