The short version

One form on this site asks for your details so we can reply to you. That is the only personal information we collect. We do not run analytics, we do not set cookies, we do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

What we collect

When you send the form on the contact page, we receive:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your phone number
  • your message, if you write one
  • whether you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted
  • the date and time you sent it

That is the whole list. Nothing is collected in the background.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no session recording, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. The fonts are served from our own server rather than a font network, so no outside company learns that you visited. You can read every page here without leaving a record anywhere.

Why we have it

To reply to you, and to have a conversation about the work. That is the only reason. We use it for nothing else and we share it with nobody for their own marketing.

If you later ask to hear from us occasionally, that is a separate choice you make on purpose, and you can stop it at any time by replying to any message and saying so.

Where it is stored, and who else can see it

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, and a copy reaches the email inbox we use to reply to you. Supabase holds the data on our behalf and does nothing else with it.

Those are the only two places your details sit. If that ever changes, this page changes with it before the change happens.

We may have to disclose information if the law requires it. If that happens and we are allowed to tell you, we will.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we are talking, and for as long as we are working together afterwards. If an enquiry goes nowhere, we delete it after 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any point and we will.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you and what we have done with it
  • correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • delete it
  • nominate someone to act for you if you cannot
  • raise a grievance if you are unhappy with how we handled any of the above

If you are in the UK or the European Union, you have equivalent rights and the same address works.

Email ops@persuadra.com and we will deal with it. We aim to answer within seven days and will not take longer than thirty. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we do not hand your details to somebody else.

Persuadra is the data fiduciary for the information described on this page, and the person named above is the point of contact for questions and grievances about it.

Client data is a different thing

This page is about you, a visitor to this website. When we build something for a client, that client's data is governed by the agreement signed with them, and by the commitments set out on our security page. In that situation the client is the data fiduciary and Persuadra acts on their instructions.

Children

This site is for people doing business. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start doing something this page says we do not do.
