Questions

The ones that decide it.

Everything people ask before they say yes, answered here rather than saved for the call. If yours is not here, ask it and we will add it.

Does this actually apply to me

Does this replace my team, or my receptionist?

No. It answers in the seconds nobody can cover, then hands a warm, qualified conversation to a person. Your team stops spending the morning on enquiries that were never going to buy, and starts the day with the ones that will. Nobody loses a job to this. They stop losing the leads they never had a chance to reach.

We already have a CRM and automations. Why do we need this?

A CRM stores what happened. It does not make the first move. Most of the automations sitting on top of one are a form notification and a follow-up email an hour later, and an hour later is the whole problem. This sits in front of the CRM and acts the moment the lead lands, then writes the result into whatever you already use. If your current setup genuinely answers every enquiry in under a minute, you do not need us and we will say so on the call.

My leads come from Meta ads. Does that change anything?

It makes the case stronger. You already know what a lead costs you, because you paid for it this morning. A Meta lead is also the fastest to go cold: the person filled a form inside an app, they are still scrolling, and they filled three other forms in the same minute. Whoever replies first usually wins that one. Lead-form leads reach us the second Meta hands them over, so the reply goes out while the person is still holding the phone.

What if my ticket size is small?

Then this is probably not worth building for you, and we will tell you that early. The whole thing is paid for by the leads it recovers, so the maths only works when one recovered lead is worth real money. On a small ticket, faster replies earn pennies. On a five-figure one, a single recovered lead pays for the build. Run the calculator with your own numbers before you book anything.

What it costs to run

What does it cost to run every month once it is built?

The build is a fixed price, paid once, and the system is then yours. What continues is the usage: the messages it sends, the calls it makes, and whatever platform it sits on. Those go to the providers on your own accounts, at their prices. There is no Persuadra subscription and no licence to keep paying for. If you want us on hand for changes, that is a separate monthly arrangement you can start or stop whenever you like.

Who pays for WhatsApp, SMS and the phone numbers?

You do, directly, on accounts in your own name. We set them up with you, we do not resell them and we do not mark them up. That matters for more than price: the number your customers know stays yours, the WhatsApp sender stays yours, and the history of every conversation stays in your account if we stop working together.

What does a conversation actually cost?

It depends on the channel, the country and how the conversation starts, and the rates move often enough that a number typed on this page would be wrong within months. So we do it properly: before you commit, we take your real volume and put the monthly running cost in writing in the scope, with the current provider rates and the assumptions behind them. You will see that number before you spend anything, not after.

How does this compare to hiring someone to answer enquiries?

A person costs the same every month whether ten leads arrive or four hundred, sleeps, takes holidays, and is not there at 9pm on a Sunday when a good proportion of paid leads come in. This costs once to build and then costs per message. It is also not a straight swap. The honest version is that a person is better at the conversation and worse at being instantly available, so the system takes the first sixty seconds and the person takes everything after that.

Risk

What happens to my customer data?

It stays yours, in your accounts, and Persuadra only ever acts on your instructions. We ask for the narrowest access that lets the work happen, we tell you what to revoke at the end, and we never use your data to train anything. There is a one-page agreement covering all of it, signed before any data moves. The full set of commitments is on the security page.

Is this compliant with DPDP, and with WhatsApp's rules?

It is built that way from the start, because retrofitting compliance after a block is expensive. Consent is captured at your ad or your form before anything reaches us. For Indian senders that means DLT registration, DND scrubbing, calling inside the 9am to 9pm window, and a working opt-out in every message. For WhatsApp it means approved templates and the rules on when you may message someone first. We will show you where each of those sits in your build.

What if the AI says something wrong to a customer?

That risk is real and it is designed for rather than hoped away. These systems reply fast and qualify, they do not improvise on price, medical questions, legal questions or anything else that is expensive to get wrong. Those are routed straight to a person. You approve what it may and may not say before it goes live, every conversation is logged where you can read it, and there is an off switch you control. The first week runs with you watching it.

What happens if you disappear?

You keep everything, and it keeps running. The system is in your accounts, on your keys, with your billing, and the code and the documentation are handed over as part of the work. There is nothing on our side to switch off and no licence to renew. It is a fair thing to ask about, and this is the answer: the build is structured so that losing us costs you nothing but future changes.

Still not sure it applies to you?

Fifteen minutes, no charge. We look at what you are running and tell you where the gap is, or tell you there isn't one.
